Comfort Cooling / Heating
for Office Environment
  Air conditioning in
the work place is no
longer considered a
luxury. There is significant
evidence to link poor work
performance when the temperature rises outside the comfort zone.

Increased productivity is therefore one of the real benefits to any business when its employees work in a comfortable environment.

One of the by-products of cooling is heat rejection to outside. Systems have now been developed that can heat as well as cool. These systems are far more energy efficient than conventional wet heating systems as they generally operate with a coefficient of performance of 3 (every 1kW of electrical energy in the system will generate 3kW of cooling or heating).

Simultaneous heating and cooling from the same system in different parts of the building is now possible.VRV and VRF technology is now advanced and can also be designed with heat recovery, thereby reducing energy consumption, environmental impact and running costs.
